What Is Asthma?
Asthma attacks are shortness and difficulty of breath.It also sound like whistles caused of narrowing the channel bronchus in the lungs. Asthma occurs when the muscles in the airway that connecting the nose to the lungs become stiff. When the muscle spasms, it narrowing the airway and prevent breathing.
The situation becomes worse when the patient has a thick sputum that covers the airway causing difficulties in breathing. When this happens, the lungs are the lack of air and the patient may lose consciousness and can cause death.
Among other signs of asthma is difficult to breathe, sputter and breathing becomes short. Among the factors that can aggravate asthma are allergic to house dust, animal hair, pollen, grass and smoke cigarettes.

5. Can be used before exercise.
6. But not effective in severe asthma.
