Second hand smoking means breathing in the smoke produced by burning tobacco or breathing the smoke emerged due to another’s smoking. These two are called as second hand smoking.
There are two things present in the cigarette which causes the smoke, the tip where the smoke is expelled and the warm smoke coming from the cigarette and from the filter of the cigarette. The problems involved in second hand smoking are eye discomfort, sore throat, lightheadedness, headache, coughing and nausea.
Not just these problems, it can also lead to some long term sickness like lung cancer, etc. You might have heard about a non smoker affected with lung cancer, it is because of this second hand smoking.
Cardio vascular disease is also caused by this. Some times it can lead to heart attack and high blood pressure. Other fatal diseases are asthma and breast cancer.
In a study researchers found that hospitality workers are vulnerable to lung cancer because they work in an environment where second hand smoking can’t be avoided.
Consider a pregnant woman is smoking, then it means she is harming her baby directly which will result in low weight, small lungs and may end up in tobacco dependence.

Nowadays, there are so many advertisement about quit smoking. If you turn around, I guarantee you will find many advertisement about new products or maybe drugs that can help you quit smoking. This is not lie because all the products have their own proof as the best stop smoking method. Actually, most of the people quit smoking with the help of other products.

Besides that, you can also try natural way to help you quit smoking. For example, there are some people outside there who can quit smoking just by having a good diet and doing exercise regularly. Maybe this step will take much time for you to see the effects but I know some people not like to take any drugs or use any products for quit smoking.
So my advise here, go and find your best stop smoking method.

Smoking cause a lot of problem to our body and this habit is commonly done by almost people in this world without afraid about the effect that will get from the smoking habit. Doctor already said that you may get stroke, diabetic, heart problems and other problems if you have this bad habit but people who are smoking still not alert and not take this matter as a serious manner.
Smoking is one of the factors that can cause problems to our teeth, mouth and skin and the influence of this smoking is already studied and has been proven already. Through the smoking, your teeth will get different color of teeth which turn your teeth from white to yellow color. Usually, people called this changing process as staining and happen during your period of smoking.
Moreover, from this smoking habit your teeth will attach with a large number of plaques which contain bacteria of the calcification and a lot of these plaques will give you a problem in the future. Other than that, smoking also can decrease the speed of nutrition circulation and oxygen in your gum and if this problem happened you will face a big problem which difficulties especially in treating your soft cell problem.
Besides that, smoking also can reduces the fresh air especially oxygen to the skin and it can make our skin become dull and lusterless. Our skins also will get thinner, collagen in our skin will lost early and it will lead to the development of the wrinkles.

1. Delay
Slowness of reaction to the desire of smoking, such as delaying searching for cigarettes. If cigarettes is in the hands, not directly lighted, wait at least five minutes. The desire to smoke is ultimately lost as well. Let tell yourself `NO` every time you want to smoke.
2. Deep breathing
With a long deep breath at least three times slowly.
3. Drink Water With Many
Drink water often. Preferably mineral water or boiled water warm. Do not drink caffeine such as coffee or tea, because the beverage is usually will make you want to smoke after drinking it.
4. Doing something
Make something that can divert your mind from smoking. For example,call friends, read books, play music, make a cross word, gardening etc.
5. Chewing something
Chewing on something like chewing gum, carrots, apple and others. Avoid a sugar-sweet as chocolates.
6. Shower or wash hands
If at home, take your bath or wash your hands as often as every time feels to smoke.
7. Doing Stretching Exercise
Do stretching exercises every time you feel sleepy for not smoking.
8. Pray
Pray to ask God hoping that all your efforts to quit smoking will be succeed.
