The Importance of Exercise

Scientific studies show that peoples need to exercise between 15 to 20 minutes a day to maintain a healthy body.

Whether consciously or not, part of your bodies doing exercises in your common activities. For example, when walking around the office, stretch your body to reach a book, lifting groceries or bending to pick something.

However, the exercise varies between individuals, maybe they are practicing regularly scheduled exercise or play sports in particular time and those who do not make any additional exercise.

Exercise plays an important function in our daily life. Exercise to determine the fitness level and determine the level of energy we have to carry out daily activities. Fitness could be divided into physical fitness and mental fitness. In general, a person is considered physically active if he or she working in many hours a day.

There are several benefits to be gained from the exercise:

b) Physical Fitness

C) Health

d) Other / fun

According to the study, to achieve optimum heart function and optimal blood circulation, you should need to exercise a minimum of three days a week and a maximum of five days a week. However, it depends on the nature and persistence of exercise performed.

Start with light exercise because your heart will not be ready to handle the additional activities in surprise. You will also be at risk of heart attack if you are not care about this.
